The biggest inspiration in my life has always been the ocean. Growing up, I spent countless days at the beach—whether for family gatherings, vacations, or camping trips. The beach became a part of my life, a place where I felt both at peace and curious. My family and I would visit nearly 50 times a year, and with every visit, I became lost in the sounds of crashing waves, the shifting tides, and the flourishing life hidden beneath the surface. Over time, that fascination grew into a genuine passion for understanding how marine ecosystems function and how they can be protected. Those experiences are what inspired me to pursue marine biology, where I can combine my love for the ocean with a desire to make a real difference in preserving its balance for the future.
My Family
There’s no doubt family plays a big role in everyone’s lives. They care for you, protect you, feed you, and love you unconditionally. I am so grateful to have a loving family that supports me no matter what. They push me to do my best and are with me every single step of the way.
